**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced and highly organised **Clinic Operations Manager** to oversee the day\-to\-day operational running of our residential clinic and ensure the seamless delivery of our 28\-day treatment programme. This is a senior, hands\-on role requiring strong leadership, excellent operational planning, cost control awareness, and the ability to coordinate multiple departments while maintaining a calm, safe, and professional environment for both clients and staff. **Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Clinic Operations** * Oversee the smooth running of all daily clinic operations * Ensure all departments (therapy, nursing, hospitality, housekeeping, and transport) operate effectively * Maintain daily operations logs and escalate issues to senior management * Ensure the clinic environment remains safe, clean, calm, and professional at all times **Staff Coordination \& Scheduling** * Create and manage schedules for therapists, nursing staff, housekeeping, and drivers * Ensure staffing levels meet regulatory, clinical, and programme requirements * Manage sick leave, emergency cover, and shift reallocations with cost efficiency in mind * Conduct daily handover meetings with clinical and support teams * Ensure consistent use of staff administration and scheduling systems **Client Experience \& Programme Delivery** * Ensure the 28\-day programme timetable runs exactly as scheduled * Oversee meals, activities, outings, and group sessions * Address client concerns, complaints, and welfare issues promptly and professionally * Ensure confidentiality, safeguarding, and professional boundaries are always maintained **Admissions \& Discharges** * Coordinate room readiness and preparation for new admissions * Ensure client orientation is arranged with the assigned key worker * Oversee discharge processes, including checklists, final billing, and aftercare arrangements **Vendor, Purchasing \& Cost Control** * Manage supplier relationships (food, cleaning, maintenance, transport, medical supplies) * Ensure service quality and negotiate best possible pricing * Conduct monthly supplier reviews * Manage weekly purchasing and track operational budgets * Enforce pre\-approved spending and receipt submission processes * Identify overspending early and adjust operational budgets accordingly **Facilities, Health \& Safety** * Ensure the building is safe, compliant, clean, and fully functional * Manage maintenance requests and external contractors * Oversee housekeeping standards and room readiness * Conduct weekly property inspections * Ensure compliance with Junta de Andalucía medical centre regulations * Maintain health \& safety documentation, incident reports, and risk assessments **Policies, Training \& Quality Assurance** * Implement and enforce clinic SOPs and operational procedures * Update SOPs as processes evolve and train staff accordingly * Identify staff training needs and coordinate internal training sessions * Conduct regular audits covering hygiene, housekeeping, medication logs (administrative), and programme adherence **Transport \& Logistics** * Oversee airport transfers and client transportation * Manage clinic vehicles, fuel usage, maintenance, and taxi approvals **Technology \& Reporting** * Ensure accurate data entry across all departments * Be proficient in and oversee use of systems such as: * Zoho CRM * Scheduling and inventory systems * Internal applications * Xero accounting software * Prepare structured weekly and monthly reports covering operations, staffing, budgets, incidents, and client feedback * Manage payroll inputs (attendance, shifts, overtime) * Support capacity planning and forecasting **Candidate Profile** * Proven experience in operations management within healthcare, residential care, hospitality, or similar environments * **Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential (spoken and written)** * Additional languages will be considered a strong advantage * Strong leadership, organisational, and problem\-solving skills * Excellent cost control and budget management ability * High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail * Confident using operational systems and administrative software * Ability to remain calm and effective in high\-pressure or emergency situations **What We Offer** * A senior operational role with real responsibility and impact * A professional, supportive, and purpose\-driven working environment * Competitive salary based on experience * Opportunity to grow within a well\-established and expanding organisation Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa Sueldo: 28\.000,00€ al año Beneficios: * Flexibilidad horaria * Teletrabajo opcional Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
