Our resort is seeking an open\-minded and service\-oriented individual to join our Facility Management department as a Housekeeping Manager . What you can expect Supervising and monitoring departmental tasks Supporting department heads with their assigned duties Assisting with the organization and cleaning of outdoor, common and storage areas Inspecting apartment cleaning and conducting required quality controls Cleaning apartments Taking responsibility for the organization and distribution of linen/laundry Ensuring the responsible handling of cleaning detergents and chemicals Adhering to and implementing workplace hygiene regulations Taking responsibility for quality management and ensuring compliance with departmental standards What you bring along Experien ce as a Housekeeping Supervisor Work experience as a Room Attendant / Housekeeping Attendant An independent, customer\-oriented, and thorough way of working Team player qualities Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility What we offer Local benefits Permanent contract with performance\-based pay or Fixed\-term contract (maternity/sick leave cover for approx. 12 months) Challenging tasks in a family\-like working atmosphere with a motivated, well\-coordinated team that supports one another.
