We are currently expanding and looking for talent to join the **technical department** of our hotels in **Alcudia**. ***Position Description*** We are seeking a **Maintenance Manager or Assistant Maintenance Manager** who will be responsible for **leading, coordinating and supervising** the overall maintenance of the hotel or resort, ensuring the proper functioning of all facilities and guaranteeing the group's quality, safety and efficiency standards. ***Main Responsibilities*** * **Lead and coordinate a team of over 40 maintenance technicians and support staff.** * **Supervise maintenance and cleaning departments for common areas**, working closely with other managers. * **Plan and execute** preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all facilities in the complex. * Monitor and optimize the **technical department budget**, ensuring efficient use of resources. * **Manage external suppliers**, technical service contracts, and work follow-up. * Ensure compliance with **safety, occupational health and environmental regulations.** * Assess incidents, propose improvements, and ensure the resort’s technical operations run correctly. * Collaborate with other departments to guarantee an excellent guest experience. ***What We Offer*** * Join a rapidly growing company within the World2Meet group. * Dynamic work environment with professional and motivated teams. * Real opportunities for development and stability. **Requirements:** --------------- ***Minimum Requirements*** * Solid knowledge of electricity, plumbing and masonry. * Proven experience in a similar role. ***Desirable / Additional Requirements*** * Minimum of 5 years' experience as Maintenance Manager in hotels, resorts or large hotel complexes. * Technical education: Vocational Training, Engineering or equivalent. * Knowledge of air conditioning, pool systems and comprehensive maintenance of hotel facilities. * **Leadership skills, ability to manage large teams and operational coordination.** * Proficiency with computer tools and management software. * **Availability to work shifts and respond to urgent incidents**
