RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS · Prepare ingredients, including peeling, boiling, cutting, etc. · Clean and organize tools, equipment, and tableware in the restaurant and kitchen under the supervision of the head chef and in collaboration with cooks. · Store food in appropriate areas (pantry, refrigerator, freezer, etc.). · Adhere to safety, hygiene, and environmental protection standards in the hospitality industry. · Emphasis on order and quality, energy and dynamism, flexibility, and teamwork.
