Your role will be key to keeping the bar well-stocked, organized, and ready for service—enabling the team to create unforgettable experiences for every guest. ### **Core Responsibilities & Duties** * **Guest Support & Service:** * Assist bartenders in delivering excellent guest service, ensuring the bar is fully stocked and prepared. Help create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the bar area, supporting the team to exceed guest expectations. * **Bar Preparation & Cleaning:** * Prepare the bar for service by stocking supplies, glassware, and ingredients. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and hygienic throughout your shift. Assist with cleaning and closing tasks to maintain overall bar cleanliness and safety. * **Inventory & Stock Management:** * Monitor stock levels of bar supplies and ingredients, ensuring items are available for service. Report any shortages to the bartender and assist with restocking and inventory organization. * **Team Support & Communication:** * Collaborate closely with bartenders and guest-facing staff to ensure smooth, efficient service. Provide support during peak hours and wherever needed to maintain an organized, fast-paced environment. * **Health, Safety & Compliance:** * Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
