




The person in this position will be part of the admissions department team at Hospital Sant Joan de Déu Inca, contributing to ensuring effective, close, and respectful administrative care for patients and users of the center. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person and telephone assistance to patients, families, and users. * Register and update personal and clinical data in the hospital management system. * Manage scheduling of appointments, admissions, and referrals. * Inform about administrative procedures and hospital services. * Collaborate with other departments in coordinating healthcare processes. * Archive, digitize, and safeguard documentation according to current regulations. * Perform routine tasks within the administrative area of the admissions department. * Education: **Vocational Training Level II – Administration**, **Higher Vocational Training Cycle**, or **High School Diploma**. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Languages: **Spanish** and **Catalan**. * Service-oriented attitude with strong communication skills and empathy. * Previous experience in similar roles. * Commitment to the hospital's institutional values.
