Intress is seeking a **Cook** to cover a summer substitute position (from 17 August to 14 September) at the Residential Center *Es Castell*, located in **Alaró**, Mallorca. ***WE OFFER:*** * **Vacant position: Cook (Ref. 208\)** * **Center or Service: “**Service for unaccompanied migrant children and adolescents” * **Center location:** Alaró \- Mallorca * **Start date:** 17 August to 14 September (substitution due to vacation leave) * **Weekly working hours:** 37.5 hours per week * **Annual gross remuneration:** €1,574.39 gross per month (x 14 payments = €22,041.46 gross annually) * **Working schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 16:30. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * **Prepare meals following guidelines** established by the center’s management or responsible person, aiming to meet the needs of users and professionals. * **Receive and supervise orders of necessary supplies** required for menu preparation. * **Implement the food cleaning and disinfection program**, based on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) self-control plan, to ensure food safety. * **Ensure proper cleaning of the kitchen** and adjacent areas, maintaining optimal standards of order and hygiene to adequately deliver the service. ***Required Academic Qualifications:*** * Vocational Training (FP) or vocational cycle in Hospitality (Catering). * Food Handler Certificate. ***Required Professional Experience:*** * Minimum 2 years’ experience working in industrial kitchens, collective catering facilities, restaurants, or catering companies. ***Required Knowledge:*** * Prevention measures regarding the use of chemical products. * Knowledge of industrial hygiene and storage (industrial kitchens and/or stoves, heated tables, refrigerators, and freezers). * Allergen Management. ***Other Desirable Attributes:*** * Positive attitude, agility, and efficiency. **A Certificate of No Criminal Record for sexual offenses is mandatory.**
