




Job Summary: We are looking for a committed and growth-oriented Payroll Technician to join our team, responsible for managing payroll, social security, personal income tax (IRPF), and accounting coordination. Teamwork At **KISEKI**, we specialize in Applied Engineering, focusing on Projects, Installations, and Industrial Assembly—both mechanical and electrical—as well as regulation and control systems; we also provide Industrial Maintenance services, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. We seek to hire a Payroll Technician eager to become part of our permanent staff, demonstrating commitment and motivation for professional growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and review of monthly payrolls, extra payments, termination settlements, and final payroll calculations. * Management of employee registrations, deregistrations, and modifications within the Social Security system (Sistema RED). * Correct application of collective bargaining agreements, salary tables, and current labor regulations. * Calculation and monitoring of payroll incidents: overtime hours, variable components, absences, vacations, temporary disabilities, etc. * IRPF management: calculation, adjustments, and submission of corresponding tax forms. * Preparation of files and documentation for internal and external audits. * Addressing and resolving employee inquiries related to payroll and labor administration. * Coordination with the accounting department for reconciliation of labor costs. * Support in preparing labor reports, statistics, and cost analyses. **OFFERS:** * Job stability * Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience * Opportunity for growth * Proven experience * Minimum two years’ experience performing duties similar to those required for this vacancy. * Vocational training qualification or university degree. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
