When you join us, you become part of our history and help shape our future. **Join Us As** **Administrative / Delegation Support Assistant \- Balearic Islands** ====================================================== #### **Your Mission Will Be:** * Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively identifying potential service improvement areas and coordinating with the regional manager or delegate to guarantee prompt and effective service. * Telephone support * Mail / courier services * Document retention and archiving processes * Personnel administration management: medical examinations, distribution of tools and workwear to technicians, recording information for fault notifications, verifying payroll variables, updating HR database records (hires, terminations, sick leaves) * Recording maintenance work reports and intervention logs, etc. #### **What Do You Need to Succeed?** * Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in administrative roles with similar responsibilities to adapt quickly to this position. * SAP knowledge is preferred, as it is the company’s primary tool. * Organized and planning-oriented, with strong customer orientation, to maintain control over office operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * A medium-level qualification (vocational training programs at intermediate or advanced level, or equivalent) in Business Administration is valued. * Proactive mindset — staying one step ahead helps prevent incidents and focus on what matters most. * Results-driven, aiming for demanding targets to elevate your competencies to the next level. #### **What Do We Offer?** * The opportunity to improve people’s quality of life.
