Currently, we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a Waiter/Waitress Assistant for our Food & Beverage Department. The main mission of this role is to support the dining room team in customer service and in ensuring smooth service operations, guaranteeing compliance with the company’s established quality and service standards. Responsibilities: * Assist waiters/waitresses in bar service. * Prepare, set up, and dismantle tables and service areas. * Restock materials, beverages, and products required during service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Attend to customers following instructions from the bar manager. * Assist in clearing and preparing dining rooms and event spaces. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in internal training programs and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress assistant or internships in food service. * Knowledge of dining room service and customer service. * Ability to follow established instructions and procedures. * Intermediate level of English. * Flexible working hours. **We offer:** * Employment with a solid and growing hotel chain. * A positive work environment. * Professional training and development.
