We seek a candidate with strong attention to detail, quality orientation, and comprehensive project control. The selected candidate will act as the **developer’s and property owner’s representative**, serving as the central coordination figure among the investor’s Family Office, technical teams, and external stakeholders. They will supervise exclusive developments, villas, and unique residences, coordinating architecture studios, interior designers, landscape architects, engineering firms, construction companies, and specialized suppliers. What will be your mission? To comprehensively manage high-end residential projects, ensuring execution in accordance with the design, quality, timeline, and budget standards defined by the developer and property owner. To ensure proper implementation of the architectural concept, anticipate risks, and guarantee the expected finish quality in an exclusive development. Key Responsibilities * Act as the primary representative of the developer, property owner, and investor’s Family Office throughout project development. * Comprehensively manage exclusive residential developments, villas, and high-end residences. * Coordinate the project from the design phase through final handover and acceptance. * Centralize coordination among architects, interior designers, landscape architects, engineers, construction companies, project managers, and specialized suppliers. * Supervise planning, execution, and progress of construction works. * Ensure achievement of quality, timeline, and budget objectives. * Supervise materials, finishes, construction solutions, and installations. * Conduct thorough quality control of work execution and compliance with property-defined standards. * Review reports, drawings, contracts, technical proposals, and construction-related communications. * Review budgets, comparative analyses, certifications, variations, and deviations. * Technically and economically validate change proposals. * Manage project milestones and maintain updated technical, financial, and contractual documentation. * Identify risks, proactively resolve issues, and ensure smooth project progression. * Coordinate material and finish samples, mock-ups, prototypes, and approvals. * Supervise special installations, home automation, climate control, lighting, equipment, and high-end technical solutions. * Support decision-making between management, the investor’s Family Office, and external stakeholders. * Prepare periodic progress reports for management and the property owner. * Maintain continuous communication with all involved parties. * Coordinate acceptance phases, inspections, commissioning, handover, and after-sales services. * Ensure smooth final transition and project delivery. * Maintain communication with clients, investors, or property representatives as required. Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture, Architecture, Building Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **five years’ experience** in construction project management, preferably residential. * Demonstrable experience managing high-end residential projects. * Advanced knowledge of premium materials, finishes, installations, and technical solutions specific to exclusive residences. * Experience in financial control, scheduling, certifications, and multidisciplinary team coordination. * Familiarity with the Balearic market, its suppliers, construction companies, and local construction practices. * Experience simultaneously coordinating technical, financial, and creative stakeholders. * Proficient use of Microsoft Office, project management tools, Revit, or similar software. * A demanding, organized, responsible, and excellence-oriented profile. * Strong negotiation, communication, and issue-resolution skills. * Ability to work autonomously and assume high levels of responsibility. * Willingness to travel across the Balearic Islands. * Valid driver’s license. Languages **Fluent English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.** Communication and interaction with the **investor’s Family Office are routinely conducted in English**. The selected candidate must be able to hold meetings, present technical and financial proposals, report on project status, and draft professional reports and communications in English. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience acting as property owner’s representative or on behalf of a developer, end client, or Family Office. * Experience working with international clients and investors. * Knowledge of Balearic construction companies, industrial firms, architecture studios, and high-end suppliers. * Experience with luxury villas, exclusive developments, or unique residential projects. * Knowledge of interior design, landscaping, home automation, and special installations.
