Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial maintenance technician for our Inca plant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, record activities, and support the maintenance manager. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and systems. 2. Support to the maintenance manager and incident resolution. 3. Proactivity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork are valued. We are looking for a person to carry out industrial maintenance tasks at a plant in Inca. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and systems, as well as equipment startup and shutdown. The candidate will also be responsible for adhering to the established schedule, recording activities and consumptions in the management software, and completing work reports. They will support the maintenance manager in daily operations and incident resolution. Plant opening and closing, along with safe machine startup, are key responsibilities. Prior experience in industrial maintenance is preferred but not mandatory. We seek a methodical individual capable of following procedures and working effectively in a team. Proactivity and problem-solving skills are important. The environment is dynamic and requires adaptability.
