Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities At Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, we are looking for maintenance staff. The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to the proper maintenance of a 5-star Grand Luxury hotel, its facilities and equipment, ensuring at all times safety, functionality, and comfort for guests and employees. We seek a proactive, organized individual with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail, capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Address daily hotel work orders: incidents, guest requests, and needs from other departments. * Perform basic repairs in carpentry, locksmithing, masonry, painting, plumbing, and general maintenance. * Execute preventive maintenance of guest rooms and facilities. * Verify proper operation of interior and exterior facilities. * Resolve malfunctions autonomously, responsibly, and efficiently. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to schedule. * Strictly comply with occupational health, safety, and hygiene regulations. * Deliver professional, high-quality service at all times. ***SKILLS AND PROFILE*** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry. * Knowledge and/or training in electricity, plumbing, masonry, painting, gardening, and general facility maintenance. * Problem-solving ability. * Responsibility and proactive attitude. * Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
