Responsibilities: * Organize and lead activities for children, teenagers, and adults. * Participate in evening singing and dancing performances. * Create a positive and fun atmosphere for our guests. * Encourage guest participation in activities. * Collaborate as a team to guarantee a unique and memorable experience. What Are We Looking For? * Proven experience in a similar role. * Strong singing and dancing skills are essential. * Intermediate Spanish and advanced English proficiency required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, is mandatory. * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and teamwork abilities. * We seek an outgoing, energetic, and customer-oriented individual.
