Job Responsibilities * Register customer orders in internal systems and coordinate with Operations to ensure accurate capture. * Verify invoice linkage to production, ensuring traceability and financial accuracy. * Generate and update billing, order, and relevant KPI reports using internal and external tools. * Correct data in systems, resolve incidents, and train teams to prevent recurring errors. * Perform ad-hoc data control tasks for Operations and support the Project Management Office (PMO). Requirements * Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Basic knowledge of Power BI (desirable). * Prior experience in PMO or data analysis functions (desirable).
