INTRESS needs to hire a **Support Technician** to cover a temporary replacement position in the *Supervised Housing* service we manage in **Llucmajor.**
WE OFFER:

* **Start date:** 01/08/2026
* **Contract end date:** Until the end of the temporary assignment
* **Annual gross remuneration:** €21,914.52 gross per year, full-time
* **Weekly working hours:** 38.5 hours
* **Working schedule:** Shift-based (day, afternoon, or night)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support residents of the housing unit in carrying out household tasks and personal autonomy activities (hygiene, dressing, etc.) that they cannot perform independently.
* Accompany and support residents in scheduled activities and tasks, and collaborate in assessing and analyzing their needs.
* Assume responsibility for maintaining order and cleanliness in the housing unit: cleaning shared spaces, laundry, and food preparation.
* Complete relevant records.
* Respond to any incidents occurring during working hours.
* Facilitate mediation and integration into the local community by leveraging community resources through collaborative and coordinated processes.
* Appropriately justify expenses incurred while carrying out scheduled activities.
* Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions to ensure optimal, high-quality service delivery.
* Design and implement leisure-time activities.
* Periodically supervise medication preparation and administration.
* Attend and participate in events or activities aimed at improving the community’s perception of people with intellectual disabilities.
* Support information gathering and respond to users’ needs (emotional support, containment, etc.)
***Required academic qualifications:***
Social Integration Technician; Technician in Care for Dependent Persons; Auxiliary Nursing Technician; Sociosanitary Care for People at Home; Socio-educational Promotion and Intervention; Education in Skills for Personal and Social Autonomy; Other vocational training qualifications from the health, social, or community sectors, or Level II or III professional certificates from the health, community, social, or dependent-person care sectors.
