Their primary mission will be to develop the individual and family psychotherapeutic support line for minors, young people, and their families experiencing emotional or relational difficulties or conflicts, who are participants in the Caixa ProInfancia Program and of the organization. Occasional support or consultation. Individual and family psychotherapeutic support, group workshops. Participant selection, diagnosis, and individual follow-ups. Promotion of relational health for the minor and their family, focusing on developing their skills and competencies. Coordination with other program professionals, as well as with local networks, territorial services, and other specialized resources. Implementation of additional activities aligned with the organization’s mission. Experience working with families and minors at risk of social exclusion. Experience facilitating group workshops with families. **Profile:** Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Clinical specialization. Healthcare accreditation and authorization. Registered with the official psychology association. Experience working with children and/or groups at risk of social exclusion. Ability and motivation to work collaboratively in a team. Dynamic, creative, responsible individual with strong interpersonal skills for conflict management. Skills in interacting with children and adolescents (C&A) and families in vulnerable situations. Identification with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Experience working with families and minors at risk of social exclusion. Experience facilitating group workshops with families. Familiarity with the Caixa ProInfancia program and its documentation management system. Possession of a Criminal Record Certificate for sexual offenses, confirming absence of such convictions.
