Experience the essence of Mallorca through exceptional personalized experiences, unique culinary offerings, and revitalizing wellness moments—all designed to immerse you in the island’s authentic and extraordinary spirit. **About the Role** Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, within the hotel’s Procurement Department, the Store Keeper will assist the Receiving Supervisor in overseeing the hotel’s operational control related to the warehouse. **As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for the following duties:** * Restock warehouse inventory according to authorized inventory levels. * Monitor warehouse orders and report any incidents. * Ensure the receiving area and warehouse remain clean and organized at all times. * Manage merchandise requests from various departments. * Deliver requested items to designated areas. * Check for stock shortages of requested items, notify relevant parties, and propose solutions. * Comply with and enforce warehouse management policies and procedures. * Guarantee adherence to quality standards by following all required protocols. * Assist in the receiving process by conducting a full inspection of: + Quantity delivered + Product quality + Condition of transportation vehicle + Cleanliness of transportation vehicle + Transportation and product temperature * Notify departments promptly upon product arrival. * Ensure no products are received without an approved purchase order, except in pre-authorized exceptional cases. * Support the Receiving Supervisor in recording delivery temperatures. * Log deliveries into the procurement system. **As a Store Keeper, we expect the following from you:** Experience and Education * Relevant qualification. * Experience in warehousing or Food & Beverage operations. * Prior experience in hotels. * Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
