As a Chef, your passion for crafting visually striking and flavorful presentations will make every guest’s experience extraordinary whenever they visit our restaurants. Your day-to-day responsibilities: \- Execute all dish preparations following established presentation and preparation standards. \- Ensure the kitchen, as well as food and product storage areas, are maintained in impeccable cleanliness and order. \- Monitor food and supply inventory required for all preparations, reporting when new products need to be ordered. \- Comply fully with HACCP regulations. \- Collaborate with the restaurant department to ensure seamless service at all times. \- Report any issues related to storage areas and refrigeration units to the maintenance department as needed. What do we expect from you? \- 2\+ years of experience as a Chef in a hotel or gourmet restaurant. \- Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, with strong teamwork skills and a passion for service.
