Content creation for social media and the website (banners, videos, blog) 2. Collaboration on the ONLINE Marketing Plan and social media management 3. Catalog management and support for commercial promotions * Create infographics * Manage catalogs across various platforms. * Support in managing the company's various social media platforms, both in terms of content and customer service * Support in creating content for both social media and the website: banners, images, videos, blog creatives, etc. * Collaborate on the ONLINE Marketing Plan (marketing calendar) * Drive the development of the brand's social media channels * Execute the newsletter * Support coordination with various logistics agencies * Assist in product onboarding and updating technical specifications * Collaborate in managing promotions, uploading banners, promotional messages, and planning commercial activities on the site.
