DESCRIPTION An industrial company requires an **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** for its office in **BOIRO.** **OFFERED:** * Stable position. * Standard working hours from Monday to Friday (split shift): 09:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00 (Winter schedule). * Career development plan. Initial contract aimed at gaining professional experience, followed by progression. * Salary range set by the General Commerce Collective Agreement: **€19,485 gross/year.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support in administrative tasks related to machinery orders, spare parts, workshop repair orders, etc. * Management of customer requests and issues. * Stock control, tracking of rentals, quotations, etc. * Customer service. Depending on the candidate’s profile, orientation toward commercial activities may be considered. * Invoicing.
