Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Invoice management (issuance and review of invoices). Preparation of inventories and balance sheets. Inventory management of assets. Preparation of tax and fiscal declarations (VAT, Corporate Tax, Personal Income Tax, etc.). Preparation of accounting reports (either with analysis of records or income and expense statements). Development and maintenance of the database. Bank reconciliation (monitoring the status of the company’s accounting accounts to ensure no discrepancies with records). Responsible for the Autocontrol system within their area of responsibility. Creation of reviews and reports using sales data. Conducting accounting audits. Advisory services regarding cost reduction or investment in the company, both internally and externally. Performing commercial operations to compare different budgets for products and services required by the company. Financial statement forecasting, preparing documents to assess the company’s future performance. Responsible for compliance with the 5S methodology within their area, actively participating in scheduled audits. Publication Date 02/03/2026 Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration (ADE), or Diploma in Business Studies Preferred Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in the integrated management sector of non-ferrous and ferrous waste.
