Job Summary: A cook is sought to coordinate culinary activities, ensure meal preparation, and manage inventory at a senior residence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order management, inventory control, and high standards of cleanliness A cook is sought for a senior residence in Oviedo (Asturias). Main duties will include organizing and coordinating daily kitchen activities, ensuring correct meal preparation according to the established menu and respecting dietary regimes. The candidate will also be responsible for managing supply orders, controlling stock inventory, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all kitchen areas. Specific culinary training and experience in food handling and use of cleaning products will be valued. This position offers an indefinite part-time employment contract, with a daily commitment of 6 hours. The salary will be set in accordance with the provisions of the VIII State Framework Agreement on Care for Dependent Persons and Promotion of Personal Autonomy.
