Currently, we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a Waiter/Waitress Assistant for the Food & Beverage Department, whose primary mission will be to support the front-of-house team in delivering customer service and ensuring smooth service operations, while guaranteeing compliance with the company’s established quality and service standards. **Responsibilities:** * Assist waiters/waitresses in dining room, restaurant, buffet, or bar service. * Set up and dismantle tables and service areas. * Restock supplies, beverages, and necessary products during service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas and front-of-house equipment. * Serve customers following instructions from the front-of-house supervisor. * Assist in preparing and clearing rooms and event spaces. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in internal training programs and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress assistant or internships in food service. * Knowledge of front-of-house service and customer service. * Ability to follow established instructions and procedures. * Advanced level of English. * German language skills are an advantage. **We Offer:** * Joining a solid and growing hotel chain. * A positive work environment. * Professional training and development.
