




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the planning and organization of activities within the Administration Department of a growing hotel chain. Key Highlights: 1. INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a well-known hotel chain in the Balearic Islands currently undergoing expansion. Your main role within the company will be to support the person responsible for planning and organizing all activities of the Administration Department, with the aim of: Ensuring the supply and control of all economic and administrative information required for the proper management of the establishment. Additionally, you will support the treasury management of the establishment and monitor invoices for purchases made by the establishment. Your main responsibilities will include: * Preparing purchase requisitions for submission to the Purchasing Department. * Verifying that supplier delivery notes match purchase orders for approval and subsequent accounting; managing related incidents in case of discrepancies. * Supporting the analysis of reports to detect possible errors in warehouse inventory records and to identify stock variations and turnover rates. * Periodically incorporating all records from warehouse and inventory management, as well as invoices. * Supporting the preparation of the hotel’s daily cash report. * Daily monitoring of production and reporting any incidents to Reception. * Other departmental tasks.
