In addition, we have a large team of experts and professionals who possess in-depth knowledge of our customers’ needs. **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** Daily patient care at home, in clinic, or via telephone to deliver various services—including discharge, equipment inspection, incident resolution, and equipment removal—ensuring personalized and specialized attention, informing patients and their families, and verifying their understanding of the information provided, in accordance with Air Liquide Group procedures. Guaranteeing that clinical processes are carried out in compliance with the company’s quality standards and applying both current legislation and internal regulations to ensure safe, effective, and efficient service delivery. Serving as the technical and clinical reference for Technical and Clinical Support staff. Acting as the expert clinical liaison for local prescribers to provide distinctive clinical, commercial, and supportive assistance within the delegation. Coordinating clinical projects and managing care for complex patients eligible for any TRD (Therapy-Related Device). * Contact the patient or their family. * Describe and instruct the patient/family/caregivers on the prescribed therapy, the equipment and consumable accessories to be used, and related aspects of safety, hygiene, and maintenance. * Provide the patient and their family with educational, audiovisual, digital, and/or printed materials regarding their therapy, equipment, and other installed materials, ensuring the patient’s and/or caregiver’s full comprehension. * Deliver daily patient care at home to provide various services—including discharge, incident management, equipment inspection, and equipment removal—ensuring personalized and specialized attention according to the detailed Air Liquide Group operational protocols for each activity, which are mandatory. * Report therapeutic adherence, detected anomalies, equipment removals, and equipment malfunctions to the relevant responsible person (Clinical Manager, Operations Manager, or Administrative Staff). * Comply with workplace tool usage regulations. * Adhere to current work procedures. * Use equipment and systems associated with the position to execute and coordinate tasks. * Serve as the clinical and technical reference for patient-facing staff when resolving clinical and technical queries. * Monitor home-based care delivery in accordance with company-established clinical procedures and instructions. * Monitor and manage care for critical or fragile patients (including training, ERP identification, stock requirements, etc.). * Accompany field staff during home visits, following instructions from the Regional Clinical Manager. * Identify and report incidents occurring among patients. * Provide technical and clinical support to prescribers in the assigned area, together with the Clinical Manager / Delegation Director / Commercial Manager, to inform and train them on new therapies, services, and treatment follow-up—including adherence and incidents—with the prescribing physician. * Manage special care plans for highly complex patients, including home and/or clinic visits whenever necessary, in accordance with protocols established by the Air Liquide Group. * Comply with and promote adherence to safety, quality, and IMS (Integrated Management System) policies and standards in clinical activities. * Comply with and promote adherence to workplace tool usage regulations. * Execute and supervise clinical projects; attend conferences; engage in scientific activities. * Perform analysis of polygraphy records and issue test result reports, where accredited by FESMES. **Are you a MATCH?** * University degree: Physiotherapy, Nursing, and/or a university degree in Health Sciences. * Skills and proficiency in handling equipment and consumables for each TRD. * Safety, hygiene, and disinfection practices in TRDs. * Proficiency in IT tools (e.g., Office suite and PDAs). * Job-specific procedures for each therapy. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with various professionals involved in patient treatment. * Commitment to internal and external customers. * Proficiency in IT tools (e.g., PDAs). * Valid EU driving license (Category B).
