The Football Players’ Mutual Aid Society is an insurance entity specializing in healthcare assistance for individuals injured during organized football practice and constitutes a global reference in this type of service. Its medical and healthcare teams achieve a high level of specialization in treating football players’ injuries, owing to the large number of football players treated; therefore, vacancies for physicians, nurses, nursing assistants (TCAE), and physiotherapists are highly attractive to these professionals, offering opportunities to collaborate—either in our own or contracted centers—with the top specialists in the sector. We are seeking a candidate to fill the Nurse position at the Balearic delegation in Palma de Mallorca. Reporting to the delegation director, key responsibilities include, among others: * Assisting in medical consultations and supporting physicians during outpatient visits. * Performing wound care, bandaging, immobilizations, and treatment follow-up. * Preparing medical supplies and managing clinical instruments. * Managing and organizing appointments for assigned mutual aid members. * Monitoring and replenishing medical supplies. * Any other duties inherent to the role within the scope of responsibility. **Requirements:** * University degree in Nursing. Postgraduate qualifications related to the role will be valued. * Minimum one year of verifiable experience in medical outpatient clinics, preferably within the insurance and sports sectors. * Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office suite. * Residence in Palma de Mallorca or surrounding areas. * Immediate availability. Additional assets include: * Complementary training in sports or clinical nursing. * Experience in trauma wound care and functional bandaging. * Experience in a sports healthcare environment. **Personal and Professional Competencies:** * Excellent patient interaction skills. * Strong communication and clinical reporting abilities. * Teamwork and coordination with medical staff. * Service orientation and commitment to quality healthcare. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract with a three-month probationary period. * Working hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 16:00 to 19:00. * Salary: €6,147.04 gross annual. * In-kind benefits per collective agreement.
