### **About the service** To properly carry out the direction, control and monitoring of auxiliary tasks related to facilities. Organize, lead, coordinate and supervise the personnel under their responsibility. Control and perform cost calculations for facility repairs. ### **Main responsibilities:** * Lead the technical team to execute work under optimal conditions, assigning maintenance tasks according to priority and technicians' expertise, ensuring facilities and buildings are kept in perfect condition at the lowest possible cost. * Preventive maintenance of facilities, buildings and contents * Carry out and ensure completion of all documentation required by current legal regulations, such as inspections, maintenance contracts, OCA, RITE, and correct any defects identified * Routine maintenance and risk reduction to ensure safe facilities, emergency plans, safety and fire regulations * Ensure operational and preventive repairs are carried out with minimal inconvenience to guests * Ensure communication between different departments and management so that everyone has accurate technical information to inform customers * Manage and monitor energy consumption while maintaining facilities in perfect condition at the lowest cost * Manage spare parts inventory to guarantee timely repairs without holding unnecessary material stock * Maintain all legal documentation including updated projects, blueprints, and machinery documentation * Work on sustainability and identify ways to reduce hotel operating costs, such as energy expenses; propose new systems to optimize costs and equipment * Analyze results, develop action plans, and provide reports * Apply best practices and stay updated with modernization trends in repair and maintenance * Train staff in personnel management, work shifts, performance evaluation meetings, and daily team performance follow-up * Staff recruitment * Apply tourism and labor legislation relevant to the activities ### **Desired requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience in 4 or 5-star hotels * Valid driver's license * Experience managing teams * Microsoft Office * English fluency * Ability to work independently * Proactive * Budgeting knowledge - Capex ### **Required qualifications** * Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering * Occupational Risk Prevention #### **Valued** * Licensed Engineer * Experience in new construction projects
