You will work within a digital environment composed of a website and mobile apps operating in over 25 markets, receiving millions of monthly visits. This environment includes several transactional flows where thousands of operations are performed daily and represents one of the company's core pillars. You will join the Customer Orchestration team, whose mission is to capture data from multiple sources, resolve user identities, and transform data into actionable audience insights across different channels (email, push, web, app). **The position** You will play a key role as Product Owner for the Customer Data Platform (CDP), serving as the main reference for configuring new data sources, tags, audiences, and connectors. Your mission will be to ensure a solid and flexible technical implementation of the CDP during the discovery, design, and deployment phases of use cases, supporting its evolution and adoption across different teams. You will work cross-functionally with teams such as CRM, Analytics, Commercial Communications, and Product to activate audiences, enrich user profiles, and ensure that the right data is available for use in campaigns, personalization, and reporting. **CONDITIONS:** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. * Hybrid on-site/remote work model. * Workplace at our central offices in Llucmajor, Mallorca. * Flight tickets with our airline and partner airlines to travel to all our destinations with your family and friends. **Requirements:** --------------- **To succeed in this role, the following are essential:** * Practical knowledge of the technical and operational configuration of CDP platforms (sources, events, audiences, connectors, actions). * Ability to collaborate closely with technical and business profiles, translating functional requirements into concrete CDP configurations. * Experience working with user data, web/app events, and martech ecosystems (CRM, CMS, activation platforms, etc.). * Ability to test, validate, and document data flows from ingestion to activation. * Curious, detail-oriented profile with a continuous improvement mindset and collaborative attitude. **Additionally, we will especially value:** * Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ideally holding the Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant certification. Otherwise, experience with other CDP platforms (Tealium, Segment, Adobe, etc.) will be considered. * Knowledge of tagging and event management (via tag manager or SDK). * Understanding of digital marketing concepts (audiences, personalization, journeys, attribution...). * SQL knowledge to understand data structures. * Familiarity with Customer Journey Orchestration tools, campaigns, or data activation platforms (e.g., Airship, Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys…). * Experience in e-commerce environments or industries with multiple digital channels. **DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION:** We are committed to environmental and social sustainability.
