Description

As a bellboy – driver at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, you will be responsible for guest service from hotel arrival to departure, assisting with luggage, baggage, personal belongings, or other customized services (taxis, transfers, etc.). **Key responsibilities:** \-Carry out control, storage, and transportation of guest luggage, following established procedures. \-Accompany arriving guests to the Reception area or any other location requested by hotel guests, explaining and promoting the use of facilities. \-Drive and park guest vehicles responsibly in designated areas. \-Ensure parking facilities are used with maximum efficiency. \-Handle errands and assignments both inside and outside the hotel. \-Ensure guest transportation requests (taxis, etc.) are fulfilled efficiently. \-Deliver shipments, correspondence, or other guest requests to their rooms. \-Ensure confidentiality of guest personal data. \-Assist in maintaining order and cleanliness in hotel entrance and reception areas. \-Monitor entry and exit of objects, goods, suppliers, and staff, preventing unauthorized personnel from entering or immediately reporting such cases to your supervisor when prevention is not possible. \-Monitor facilities and report incidents following the appropriate procedure. **What we look for in you:** \-Previous customer service experience. \-Positive attitude and extroverted personality. \-Valid driver's license required. \-Proficiency in Spanish and English. **What we offer:** \-Fixed-term intermittent contract. \-Consecutive 8-hour shifts. \-Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. \-A workplace culture that prioritizes respect, collaboration, and personal growth. \-Ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and professional development. \-Exclusive discounts within the Group. \-Opportunities for career advancement within the company.
