We are looking for an **Industrial Controller in Torelló** to join immediately a factory of a leading multinational industrial company in its sector, listed on the stock exchange. **Main responsibilities** * Calculate and update standard and actual product costs for the plant. * Analyze and prepare business ratios and KPIs, proposing improvement plans for their evolution. * Identify and drive improvement actions that optimize margins, productivity, and efficiency. * Optimize operating working capital (inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable). * Participate in the preparation and evaluation of investment projects (business case, payback, ROI). **Key tasks:** * Manage, prepare, and analyze all financial and economic information of the factory for monthly accounting closure. * Prepare macro and micro budgets within established timeframes. * Manage product costing. * Monitor the KPIs of the operations dashboard. * Forecast plant costs and expenses. * Analyze business ratios and propose improvements. * Propose improvement actions to optimize results. * Optimize operating working capital. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration and Management; specialized courses in Management Control are highly valued. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. * Advanced level of English. * We seek an organized, responsible, and proactive individual who enjoys working as part of a team. * Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus. **We offer:** * Permanent contract and job stability. * Opportunity to work for a high-growth multinational company. * Remuneration: negotiable according to profile.
