We are looking for a **Senior Factory Director** for an industrial company specializing in equipment for transportation and mobility infrastructure in Valencia. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing all industrial operations of the plant, ensuring performance, productivity, quality, safety, and achievement of strategic objectives. They will manage large teams and coordinate production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and continuous improvement departments. **Solid experience is required** (preferably >15 years) in large industries or multinational factories, preferably in industrial sectors. **Key Responsibilities:** * Overall plant management and supervision of all operational areas. * Management of production, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams. * Ensuring compliance with production plans, costs, and quality standards. * Implementing productivity improvements (lean manufacturing, efficiency, automation). * Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs): productivity, scrap rate, efficiency, OEE, cycle times, etc. * Oversight of occupational safety and regulatory compliance. * Coordination with engineering and management for planning new investments. * Process optimization and definition of operating procedures. * Management of industrial suppliers and support for technical procurement. * Promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the entire factory. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree. * 5 to 10 years’ experience in leadership roles within large or multinational factories. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * In-depth knowledge of industrial processes and plant management. * Desired: English and/or French. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for **professional growth** within an established company. * Permanent contract and job stability. * Compensation: to be negotiated according to profile.
