Requirements * Technical education: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Site Manager on building construction projects. * Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Excel. * Strong management, leadership, and decision-making skills. * Availability to work primarily in Mallorca, with occasional travel to the Canary Islands.
