Your work will be critical in anticipating incidents, coordinating various operational stakeholders, and ensuring each flight meets the safety, punctuality, and quality standards of an international airline. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and oversee ground assistance operations. * Monitor network-wide operations in real time. * Monitor Madrid HUB operations and manage operational incidents. * Perform administrative tasks related to pre-flight and post-flight management. **What will make you successful in this position:** * Experience in handling and airport operations: Enables confident performance in a fast-decision, highly coordinated environment. * Administrative training applied to operations: A medium-level vocational qualification (FP) in Administration or similar will help you rigorously manage documentation and processes. * Proficiency in office software tools: Essential for operational monitoring, incident logging, and daily coordination. * Advanced English proficiency: Enables fluent communication in an international, multidisciplinary environment. **OUR COMMITMENT TO EQUALITY AND SUSTAINABILITY** We actively work to reduce our environmental and social impact, contributing to more prosperous and equitable communities.
