Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Assistant for the Rafa Nadal Shop, whose primary mission will be to engage with customers, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, and convey the brand’s values—contributing to a friendly and professional atmosphere. Proactive sales and achievement of commercial objectives We are looking to hire a Retail Assistant to strengthen our Rafa Nadal Shop team. Your main mission will be to connect with visitors to the Rafa Nadal Shop, provide them with an exceptional shopping experience, and communicate the Rafa Nadal brand values. You will help create a welcoming, professional environment aligned with the Rafa Nadal Academy community, ensuring every customer feels like part of it. What will you do upon joining the team? * Personalized customer service and advice * Inventory and stock replenishment: Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise on the shop floor, and maintain an organized warehouse. * Visual merchandising: Collaborate in presenting products correctly according to the Academy’s image and branding standards. * Cashier and payment management: Process cash and card payments, open and close the register, and manage incidents. * Maintaining store order and cleanliness: Ensure an attractive, clean environment consistent with the brand’s excellence image. * Receiving goods and order control: Verify deliveries, label items, and place products in their correct locations. * Serving international customers: Communicate with customers in multiple languages (especially English), delivering service aligned with the Academy’s international profile. * Proactive sales and achievement of commercial objectives: Boost sales through cross-selling and up\-selling techniques supported by your supervisor, contributing to achieving monthly targets. What do we value in this role? * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. * Intermediate\-advanced level of English (mandatory). Additional languages are a plus. * Results\- and customer\-oriented mindset. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Flexible availability (including weekends and public holidays).
