At Capgemini Engineering, we are seeking a **Biotech Process Engineer** to join one of our projects in the **Pharma** sector. **What will you do on the project?** * Participate in the **conceptual, basic, and detailed design** of the biotech process for a new biopharmaceutical plant. * Develop and review **PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances, and equipment specifications**. * Prepare **URS** and define technical requirements for equipment and process steps. * Ensure correct **process implementation** in the layout, complying with GMP and hygienic design criteria. * Integrate the process with **HVAC, clean utilities, automation, and mechanical systems**. * Review requirements for **utilities (WFI, PW, clean steam, gases, CIP/SIP)**. * Participate in **engineering reviews** (3D Model Review, HAZOP, DQ). * Interact with **suppliers** and provide targeted technical support during **FAT/SAT**. Job Description – Grade Specific**Requirements** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in biotech process design (upstream and/or downstream). * Bioreactors and cell culture systems. * Design of **PFDs/P&IDs**, mass balances, and equipment specifications. * Knowledge of **GMP, CIP/SIP, and clean utilities**. * **English B2 level**.
