




Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible administrative staff to handle document management, customer service, accounting, and invoicing in a food company, using office and management software. Use of office software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (Navision, SAP, ERP) We are looking for administrative personnel to perform duties at a food industry company located in the Mercabarna area of Barcelona. Main responsibilities will include customer service, managing all required documentation, and entering data into office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. The role also involves accounting and invoicing tasks, as well as operating enterprise management software such as Navision, SAP, or ERP, among other duties inherent to the position. The contract is full-time, with a weekly workload of 40 hours from Monday to Friday. Working hours will be split, between 09:00 and 18:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 3 years of experience performing similar functions. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage.
