**Job Description** At A-CERO 0 DECORACIÓN Y CONSTRUCCIÓN, S.L., we are seeking an experienced quantity surveyor to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include construction project management, coordination with suppliers and work teams, quality control of construction processes, and supervision of compliance with schedules and budgets. This is a full-time position conducted on-site at our headquarters in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as well as at the various job sites for each construction project. **Requirements** * Proficiency in planning and managing construction projects. * Advanced knowledge of construction regulations and occupational safety standards. * Ability to carry out measurements, estimates, and cost control for construction projects. * Competence in using industry-specific software tools such as AutoCAD, Presto, or similar. * Strong teamwork skills, results orientation, proactivity, and leadership abilities will be highly valued. * Prior demonstrable experience in managing civil engineering or building construction projects is desirable.
