




Position Summary: We are seeking a Solutions and Automation Developer to analyze, coordinate, and develop solutions, thereby improving operational efficiency and resolving user issues. At **AMS SOLUTIONS**, we are looking to hire a **Solutions and Automation Developer** with **at least 3 years of experience who resides in the A Coruña area or its surroundings.** **Your main responsibilities:** * Analyze and track incidents and business requests related to key applications. * Understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. * Prioritize and coordinate issue resolution together with support and development teams. * Document processes, procedures, and best practices to improve operations. * Propose functional improvements and more efficient workflows. * Develop solutions to address specific client problems. **Minimum required qualifications:** * **Programming languages**: Javascript, Groovy, Python, Java, etc. * Experience in **application support** or **incident analysis/management** roles. * Incident management tools: **JIRA/Confluence**. * **Databases**: Excel, SQL, MongoDB (query level). * Version control: **Git**. * Experience working with **agile methodologies**. * Degree in Computer Science or related field. **Nice-to-have:** * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Organized profile with analytical thinking and a business-oriented mindset. **If you’ve read this far, the following is for you:** * **Permanent contract** from day one.
