Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented Guest Assistant to manage and accompany groups of American clients in Mallorca. Key Points: 1. Coordination and supervision of suppliers to ensure the success of groups. 2. Proactive management of questions and incidents with excellent communication skills. 3. An organized individual with a "problem solver" attitude and native/bilingual English proficiency. We are looking for 1 dynamic and solution-oriented Guest Assistant to manage and accompany groups of American clients in Mallorca during May 2026. Details: Location: Mallorca (residence on the island required during the period). Operations: coordination of 4 groups (each stay lasting 6 nights/7 days). Dates: from 01/05/2026 to 25/05/2026 (inclusive). Responsibilities: - Airport welcome, hotel assistance (Hospitality Desk), accompaniment during activities, and departure transfers. - Direct coordination with the Project Manager and supervision of suppliers (hotels, restaurants, transportation, local guides) to ensure everything proceeds as planned. - Proactive management and resolution of questions or incidents. Candidate Profile: An organized individual with excellent communication skills and a "problem solver" attitude. Languages: Native or bilingual English proficiency. Experience in MICE or group assistance is an advantage. Rest Days: One rest day guaranteed per stay/group. Compensation: To be agreed upon based on profile and contractual arrangement.
