Job Summary: Incarlopsa seeks a Continuous Improvement Technician to identify and implement production process improvements, lead projects, and conduct Lean workshops in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and improve production processes to enhance quality and productivity. 2. Lead and participate in new projects and continuous improvement initiatives. 3. Design and deliver workshops on Lean tools and problem-solving events. Incarlopsa, as a leading company in the production of high-quality meat products, is seeking a **Continuous Improvement Technician** for one of our plants located in Tarancón. Main responsibilities include: * Engage with the production environment to identify improvement opportunities in existing production processes. * Enhance quality and productivity of production lines through improvement actions. * Attend daily meetings to gain an overall understanding of the production plant's needs. * Lead and participate in new projects. * Accelerate continuous improvement processes. * Design and deliver workshops related to Lean tools. * Lead problem-solving events. * Audit processes and projects. **Minimum Education Requirements** * Bachelor's or Engineering degree. * Master's degree in a related field is desirable. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday. **Salary** 33k
