As a SUPERVISOR, your responsibilities will include:* Supervising and coordinating the technical team in charge (including subcontractors), including time sheets, expense control, difficulty reports, and activity tracking. * Providing technical support and advice to the team, customers, and specifiers, either by phone, email, or in person. * Coordinating with Construction Management for technical needs and assistance. * Monitoring portfolio units through internal systems (SICO), as well as coordinating and following up on these units. * Managing personnel under supervision, ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes, and providing technical training: performance management, annual training, Excellent Service, and 5\-10\-5 techniques, etc., ensuring team performance aligns with company needs. * Being responsible for internal communication within the team, including preparing and conducting meetings. * Ensuring team and customer safety by delivering safety courses, analyzing non\-standard risks, and performing FPA evaluations. To succeed in this role, we require: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in ENGINEERING or ARCHITECTURE required. EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the elevator or industrial sector is desirable. COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365\. LANGUAGES: B2 level of English is an advantage. COMPETENCIES: Team management, Results orientation, Conflict resolution skills.
