The candidate will act as a **Platform Architect**, with a holistic view of solutions and a strong technical and leadership component. ️ **Responsibilities** * Support Squads in the design and development of **Generative AI agents**. * Define and oversee the **platform architecture** and technical solutions. * Review **code quality and Pull Requests**, ensuring best practices. * Guarantee standards for **Git, CI/CD, and production deployments**. * Act as a cross-functional **Tech Lead**, supporting technical decisions and resolving blockers. * Ensure stability, maintainability, and scalability of solutions in **production environments**. ✅ **Requirements** * **3–4 years of experience** in software development. * Solid experience with **Python** and programming systems. * Real-world experience in **production environments**. * Knowledge and use of **Git, code review, CI/CD**. * Ability to assume an **architectural and technical leadership role**. * Experience or strong exposure to **Generative AI – advanced level (P3\)**. * **Preferred qualifications** * Prior experience as a **Tech Lead, Solution Engineer, or Platform Architect**. * Knowledge of Generative AI frameworks or platforms. * Collaborative mindset and focus on technical quality.
