We seek a candidate with solid accounting experience—**a minimum of 3 years’ experience**—capable of working autonomously, applying technical judgment, and contributing to continuous process improvement within a dynamic and growing environment. **Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise the correct issuance of customer invoices, coordinating with commercial and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate billing. * Resolve complex billing issues and serve as the point of reference for internal and external queries. * Maintain and review accounting records related to outstanding, advance, and necessary adjustment invoices. * Knowledge derived from receipt, organization, and accounting of supplier invoices. * In all cases, experience with analytical accounting models, enabling demonstration of experience managing accounting documents segmented by business lines and projects. * Perform and ensure monthly bank reconciliations, guaranteeing consistency and integrity of balances. * Collaborate in the preparation and review of monthly and annual financial reports, providing analysis to support decision-making. * Actively participate in monthly and annual financial closing processes, performing required reconciliations, reviews, and adjustments. * Propose improvements to processes, internal controls, and automation to optimize departmental efficiency. * Support the Accounting Manager and collaborate with the team on cross-departmental tasks. **Requirements** * University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (ADE), or similar.
