DESCRIPTION At GP DIGITAL, we are seeking a candidate for the public sector ### **Active Employment Policies and Competency-Based Assessment Consultant *** Spain** Would you like to participate in a high-impact project related to employment, career guidance, and skills development? #### **We are looking for a senior consultant** with extensive experience in **active employment policies, labor market analysis, and competency-based assessment models**, to collaborate on a long-term strategic project. **Conditions** --------------- * Contract: **Indefinite** * Location: **SPAIN** *\*Residence within Spanish territory is mandatory* * Modality: **Remote** * Schedule: **Part-time** (hour bank) * Start: **2027** Minimum duration: 3 years * **Your responsibilities** ============= * **Participate in projects related to active employment policies.** * Analyze the labor market and its evolution. * Design and define **competency-based assessment models.** * Apply methodologies based on the **ESCO framework.** * Prepare proposals and technical documentation. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on consulting initiatives. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory** ------------------ * Minimum **5 years' experience** in **active employment policies.** * Knowledge of the Spanish labor market. * Experience in **designing competency-based assessment models.** * Knowledge and application of the **ESCO framework.** * Analytical ability, communication skills, and capacity to produce technical documentation. **Desirable** ------------ * Experience in projects for **Public Administrations.** * Familiarity with career guidance methodologies. * Experience in strategic consulting or transformation of employment services.
