**Vacancies Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Hiring Reason** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consulting and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry and environmental fields, is seeking to hire 1 Calculation Technician - Control and Monitoring of Maintenance Execution (Mallorca) in Mallorca **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Control of general services maintenance operations (plumbing, electricity...) * Control of execution of minor renovation or space adaptation works. * Supervision of compliance with maintenance contracts. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Meeting the requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents in the "Attachments" section of the application (or during the process), as applicable: * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Work history record and/or employment contract enabling verification and accreditation of required professional experience. * Internship attachments enabling verification and accreditation of required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Bachelor's degree (BUP/COU), FP I or CFGM, FP II or CFGS (qualification accredited in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) or at least 6 months of experience (professional, academic, or both) in maintenance-related tasks. ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Class B driver's license **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Training** #### **Complementary Training** * Courses in facility maintenance, electricity or related areas * Official training of at least 2000 hours related to facilities or construction/building * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Possess professional and/or academic experience in facilities or maintenance **Observations** ----------------- * The application submission period will be open from today, October 17, 2025 until October 22, 2025 at 23:59 (peninsular time). Fixed-term contract of approximately 12 months, with possible extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established in current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the hiring cause, the project and the circumstances of the selected candidate(s). Full-time schedule of 37.5 weekly hours.
