Implementation of occupational risk prevention measures. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 13 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 13 Specialist Technicians \- Site Support (Mallorca \- Balearic Islands) **Work Location** -------------------- * Mallorca Address: VARIOUS AREAS OF MALLORCA **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Execution of specialized construction work on new-build projects, rehabilitation, and infrastructure maintenance, including masonry, setting-out, plastering, cladding, flooring, tiling, and finishing — ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and established deadlines. * Conducting corrective and preventive maintenance on buildings and facilities, including minor structural repairs, space adaptation, preservation of construction elements, and property adaptation in accordance with technical, functional, and safety criteria. * Supervision and organization of work crews, collaborating with foremen, technicians, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize resources, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to project schedules and required quality standards. * Implementation of occupational health and safety measures on site, verifying correct use of personal protective equipment and compliance with established procedures to minimize incidents and ensure safe working environments. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either through assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the application questionnaire.
