Responsibilities:* Supervise service orders with special attention to allergens and intolerances. * Receive, distribute, and properly store food items within the station. * Organize and prepare necessary raw materials and equipment in the stations. * Prepare recipes following technical sheets and current menus. * Participate in Show Cooking activities. * Ensure all activities within your station comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Make sure utensils, equipment, and work areas are always clean and in optimal condition. * Supervise that station staff carry out cleaning, preservation, and restocking tasks at the end of each shift. What are we looking for?* Demonstrable experience in the role for at least 2 years. * A Technical Degree in Culinary Arts (Intermediate Level) or equivalent training is desirable. * Solid knowledge of ingredients, culinary techniques, kitchen machinery, tools, and equipment. * Language skills, especially English, are valued. * Strong communication and empathetic skills. * Ability to manage teams. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
