Ona Hotels \& Apartments is a company specialized in the management and operation of holiday complexes. That is why we are looking for a ''COOK'' to join the ONA team in Alcudia! What would be your responsibilities? · Prepare ingredients and cook full breakfasts or individual dishes. · Verify food quality by tasting and checking its cooking. · Prepare and cook special breakfasts according to customer requirements or requests. · Supervise support staff in food preparation and handling. · Plan menus, determine portion sizes, estimate ingredient needs and food costs, and request supplies. · Deliver dishes to waiters or serve customers directly. · Control, order, receive, and store supplies (food), preventing spoilage. · Inspect cleanliness of the kitchen, kitchen equipment, service areas, etc., to ensure safety and hygienic food handling practices. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION EDUCATION \- Minimum medium-level qualification in Hospitality and Tourism \- EXPERIENCE \- Minimum 2 years of experience \- LANGUAGE SKILLS / OTHER KNOWLEDGE \- Native Spanish/ Additional languages valued \- Skills: \- Versatility \- Teamwork ability. \- Organization. \- Willingness to learn and initiative.
