**Vacancies Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consulting and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry and environmental fields, is seeking to hire 1 Technical Architect or Graduate (Bologna Plan) in Building Engineering – Technical Assistance for housing (Balearic Islands – Mallorca) in Mallorca **Work Location** -------------------- * Mallorca (Balearic Islands), with occasional travel within Mallorca and other islands **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Support in managing studies and civil engineering construction projects. * Support in the supervision and execution of civil engineering construction projects with special emphasis on quality, occupational risk prevention, safety and health, construction procedures and technology, and construction materials manufacturing. * Support in drafting projects and site management, as well as construction-related activities in civil works. * Support in all tasks of the Technical Unit related to new construction, including supervision and follow-up of files to ensure compliance with current regulations and requirements regarding sustainability, procurement, economic control, etc. * Support in all tasks of the Technical Unit related to maintenance and improvement of the real estate portfolio **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents in the "Annexes" section of the application (or during the process), as applicable: * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Work history record and/or employment contract enabling verification and accreditation of the required professional experience. * Internship annexes enabling verification and accreditation of the required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold a Technical Architecture degree, or under the Bologna Plan, a University Degree in Building Engineering or Architecture Degree (240 credits) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat for Universities) ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Class B driver's license **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Languages** * Catalan Level: B2 ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Previous (professional or academic) experience working in public administration * Previous (professional or academic) experience in tasks related to your qualification **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED: Fixed-term contract of approximately 2 months, with possibility of extension if applicable and respecting the maximum duration limits established in current labor legislation for each type of contract. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the hiring reason, the project and the circumstances of the selected candidate(s). + Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours/week.
